Ok, I have to admit that I am getting into this. Me, the person who lives her life with the 'been there, done that, next' kind of approach. Well, I decided to play around today by adding fun graphics and 'bling' to the blog. I'm just testing the waters a bit and then I can branch out later. I needed a creative outlet today. I even had a chance to practice my mountain dulcimer. Another thing I have recently found a love for. Here I am at age 29, four times over, and I finally have some tangible hobbies! Go me!
I am finding my 30's to be very introspective. Introspection is the self-observation and reporting of conscious inner thoughts, desires and sensations. It is a conscious mental and usually purposive process relying on thinking, reasoning, and examining one's own thoughts, feelings, and, in more spiritual cases, one's soul. It can also be called contemplation of one's self, and is contrasted with extrospection, the observation of things external to one's self. Introspection may be used synonymously with self-reflection and used in a similar way.
